PlywoodGW-1 Button Glow Wire Tester TUV Box Intelligent Fire Test Equipment Comply with IEC60695-2-10 Standard Material Fire Hazard Test Equipment
Product Introduction:
The glow wire tester uses simulation technology to evaluate the fire hazard caused by heat stress in a short period of time due to heat sources such as glowing components or overload resistors. It is suitable for electrical and electronic equipment and their components and parts, as well as solid electrical insulation materials or other solid combustible materials.
Product features:
The glow-wire tester heats the heating wire of specified material (>Ni77/Cr20) and shape to the test temperature (550℃~960℃) with a large current for 1 minute, and then vertically burns the test sample with a specified pressure (0.95N) for 30 seconds. The fire hazard of the finished electrical and electronic equipment is determined by whether the test sample and the bedding ignite or the burning time; the ignition property, ignition temperature (GWIT), flammability and flammability index (GWFI) of solid insulating materials and other solid combustible materials are determined. The depth of the glow-wire burning into the sample is controlled by a proximity solenoid valve switch. After the sample reaches the specified burning time, it automatically detaches from the glow-wire.
Standard:
IEC60695-2-10 Fire hazard testing – Part 2-10: Glowing/hot-wire based test methods – Glow-wire apparatus and common test procedure,
IEC60695-2-11 Fire hazard testing – Part 2-11 : Glowing/hot-wire based test methods – Glow-wire flammability test method for end-products,
IEC60695-2-12 Fire hazard testing – Part 2-12: Glowing/hot-wire based test methods – Glow-wire flammability index (GWFI) test method for materials,
IEC60695-2-13 Fire hazard testing – Part 2-13: Glowing/hot-wire based test methods – Glow-wire ignitability test method for materials.
