Product Introduction

The equipment uses standard testing methods and smart measurement tech to assess how well flow hoses resist wear.

 

Simulation System

The motion system mimics real-life use: it moves the end of the hose back and forth 300mm at a steady speed of 30 times a minute, following the IEC60335-2-2 test model. This setup reflects how hoses from vacuums and washing machines get dragged and worn down during everyday use.

 

Abrasive and Load Control

We use a P100-grade corundum abrasive belt that moves uniformly at 0.1m/min, meeting ISO 6344-2 standards. There's a 1kg vertical load applied (with a maximum distance of 600mm from the center), which helps control friction accurately, so we avoid the issues that might come up from manual testing.

 

Efficient Multi-Station Detection

With three testing stations working at once, we can test hoses of different sizes (from 10-50mm in diameter) simultaneously. One machine can handle over 300 hoses a day, making it much more efficient—up to 200% better than single-station setups.

 

Quick Mold Change Design

The quick-release clamp allows for hose changes in just 5 minutes, working with various interfaces (G1/4-G3/8) and is compatible with different hose types from brands like Dyson and Haier.

Automated operation: The 7-inch touchscreen sets test parameters like cycles, speed, and load with a one-click start of the IEC test process. It also shows over 20 data points like friction number and belt life in real time, cutting down setting time by half.

 

Fault Diagnosis

It has a built-in sensor that will stop the machine and alert you if it finds damage to the hose insulation or if the belt breaks, ensuring data efficiency is over 99%.

 

Durable Structural Design

Hardware setup: The high-precision stepper motor (with a speed error of ±0.5r/min) works with aluminum alloy guide rails (ensuring straightness ±0.1mm) for accurate motion. The stainless steel roller (with a surface roughness of Ra≤0.8μm) helps minimize extra friction.
