Product Introduction

HJ0615 uses standardized test procedures and intelligent measurement and control technology to achieve quantitative evaluation of the wear resistance of flow hoses:

▎IEC standard precision simulation system

Motion trajectory replication: The crank mechanism drives the hose end to reciprocate 300mm horizontally at a constant speed of 30r/min, strictly in line with the IEC60335-2-2 Figure 101 test model, and restores the dragging and wear scenes of hoses of equipment such as vacuum cleaners and washing machines in daily use.

Abrasive and load control: Standard ISO 6344-2 specified P100 corundum abrasive belt (0.1m/min uniform movement), with 1kg vertical load (maximum 600mm from the center of the drum), accurately controls the friction force to avoid consistency deviation of manual testing.

▎Multi-station efficient detection

3-station synchronous operation: 3 independent test stations support simultaneous detection of hoses of different specifications (diameter 10-50mm), with a single device daily processing capacity of 300+, which is suitable for large-scale mass production sampling needs, and the efficiency is improved by 200% compared with single-station equipment.

Quick changeover design: The quick-release clamp completes hose installation within 5 minutes (adapted to G1/4"-G3/8" interface), and is compatible with complex structures such as spiral tubes and bellows of brands such as Dyson and Haier.

▎Intelligent measurement and control and safety protection

Automated operation: The 7-inch touch screen presets test parameters (number of cycles, speed, load), supports one-button start of IEC standard test process, and displays 20+ data such as friction times and abrasive belt life in real time, shortening parameter setting time by 50%.

Fault diagnosis:

Built-in conductive performance sensor, automatically stops and alarms when detecting damage to the hose insulation layer (leakage current>10mA) or abrasive belt breakage, and the data efficiency is>99%.

▎Structural design and durability

Hardware configuration: high-precision stepper motor (speed error ±0.5r/min) with aluminum alloy guide rail (straightness ±0.1mm) to ensure 300mm reciprocating motion accuracy; stainless steel roller (surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm) to reduce additional friction interference.

Environmental adaptability: fully enclosed protective cover (protection level IP54) isolates abrasive dust, supports long-term operation in 0-40℃ room temperature and 10%-90% RH humidity environment, and is suitable for laboratory needs in polar cold/humid hot areas.
