HJ0616 Household Current-Carrying Hose Bending Resistance Tester is designed according to Clause 21.103 and Figure 102 of IEC60335-2-2 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances Part 2-2: Particular Requirements for Vacuum Cleaners and Water-Sucking Cleaning Appliances", and is mainly used to evaluate the bending resistance of household appliance current-carrying hoses.

Product advantages
The tester has a simple structure and convenient detection. It can accurately evaluate the bending resistance of the current-carrying hose and ensure the quality of the product before leaving the factory.

It complies with the test specifications of IEC60335-2-2 Section 21.103 and Figure 102.
Application scenarios
It is suitable for the bending resistance life test of the current-carrying hose of vacuum cleaners, water-absorbing cleaning appliances and washing machines.
Test plan
Installation requirements:
The motor end of the hose is connected to the pivot arm of the test device, and the distance between the pivot and the entrance of the rigid section of the hose is 300±5mm;
The arm is raised 40°±1° from the horizontal position, and a 5kg weight is hung on the other end of the hose (no tension when horizontal).
Test parameters:
The weight slides along the inclined plate to make the hose deflect by a maximum of 3°;
The crank drives the arm up and down at a speed of 10±1 rpm.
Cycle process:
After the crank rotates 2500 times, the fixed end of the hose rotates 90° and measures 2500 times again, completing the four-direction test in this way.
