  • Full-range performance test: supports centrifugal pumps, plunger pumps, diaphragm pumps (power 0.5-500kW) head (accuracy ±0.5%), efficiency (resolution 0.1%), NPSH (accuracy ±1%) tests, covering the Class B test accuracy requirements specified in ISO 9906.
  • Intelligent measurement and control system: 12-inch color touch screen (Chinese and English switch) one-click setting of test schemes (such as constant pressure/constant current mode), PLC linkage servo motor adjustment of speed (0-3000rpm), high-precision sensors (pressure ±0.2% FS, flow ±0.5% FS) real-time feedback data to avoid manual operation errors.
  • Multi-dimensional detection capability: built-in vibration accelerometer (resolution 0.1m/s²), noise sensor (accuracy ±1dB), synchronous monitoring of pump operation stability; support high temperature conditions (medium temperature 0-150℃) and corrosive liquid (seawater/acid and alkali solution) testing (anti-corrosion module is required).

High-precision testing technology

  • Adopts German imported pressure sensor (range 0-100MPa, accuracy ±0.2% FS) and electromagnetic flowmeter (flow range 0.1-5000m³/h, accuracy ±0.5% FS), in line with ISO 9906:2018 Class B test standards.
  • Speed ​​control accuracy ±0.1%, supports vibration characteristic analysis of water pumps at critical speed, and adapts to high-precision detection requirements such as nuclear power and petrochemicals.

Flexible adaptability design
