Product Introduction

WPT-8 uses full-temperature simulation and intelligent measurement and control technology to achieve accurate evaluation of automotive electronic water pump performance:

Full-condition simulation capability:

  • Flow range 0-150L/min (electromagnetic flowmeter accuracy ±0.5%), pressure 0-1.5MPa (resolution 0.01MPa), suitable for all types of electronic water pumps such as electric water pumps, hybrid water pumps, hydrogen pumps, etc.
  • The temperature control module supports -40℃ low-temperature freezing and 125℃ high-temperature cycles (accuracy ±1℃), simulating the extreme environment of the engine compartment, and detecting the sealing performance and motor efficiency of the water pump at high and low temperatures.

Intelligent measurement and control system:

  • The 12-inch industrial-grade touch screen (Chinese and English switching) starts the test process with one button, and the PLC links the servo motor to adjust the speed (0-6000rpm, accuracy ±0.1%), and collects 50+ parameters such as flow, pressure, power consumption, vibration, etc. in real time.
  • Built-in 256G solid-state drive, automatically generates test reports that comply with ISO 28580 standards, supports USB/Ethernet export and MES system docking, and the data traceability period is up to 10 years.

Safety and reliability design:

  • Stainless steel test chamber (protection level IP67) with dual leakage monitoring (accuracy 0.01L/min), over-temperature (>130℃), overload (current >rated value 15%) automatic shutdown protection, in line with IEC 60664-1 electrical safety standards.
  • Noise sensor (accuracy ±1dB) real-time monitoring of water pump operation noise to ensure that it meets the NVH performance requirements of electric vehicles (≤65dB@1m).

 

Product features

  • Temperature control range - 40℃~125℃ (heating rate 5℃/min), supports constant temperature, variable temperature, thermal shock testing, and adapts to the temperature cycle requirements in the AEC-Q100 standard.
  • The flow pressure sensor is calibrated by CNAS, with a long-term drift of ≤0.2% FS, meeting the GB/T 32864 medium head test accuracy (±1%) requirements.
  • Integrated torque sensor (resolution 0.01N・m) and vibration accelerometer (0-200m/s²) to synchronously detect the pump shaft power and mechanical vibration characteristics, and identify early faults such as bearing wear and impeller imbalance.
  • Support PWM signal simulation (0-100% duty cycle), test the response characteristics of the pump under different control signals, and adapt to vehicle-mounted ECU control logic verification.
  • The quick-release clamp (supports G1/4"-G1" threaded interface) completes the pump replacement within 5 minutes, and is compatible with horizontal/vertical pumps of mainstream brands (Bosch, Denso, Valeo).
  • Optional media modules such as antifreeze, coolant, and deionized water can be used to simulate the effects of corrosion and scaling under different working conditions, and support high-pressure resistance testing of hydrogen fuel cell water pumps (optional 3MPa high-pressure module).
  • The AI ​​algorithm automatically analyzes abnormal fluctuations in the pressure-flow curve, identifies 8 typical faults such as cavitation (NPSH deficiency) and seal failure, and the diagnostic accuracy is >95%.
  • The touch screen displays the SPC process capability index (CPK≥1.33) in real time, and the over-limit data is automatically marked in red and triggers an audible and visual alarm, improving the quality inspection efficiency by 40%.
